19:00 – 20:00 | Welcome Reception

20:00 – 22:00 | Gala Dinner
Indulge in an elegant 4-course fine dining experience, paired with beer, wine, and soft drinks included all evening. Hosted by the Clique team and special guests, with live music performances between courses to enhance the ambiance.
21:00 – 21:30 | MICE Awards Ceremony
Celebrate excellence in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events. Awards will be presented by the evening’s host, honoring innovation, creativity, and leadership that drive our industry forward.
22:00 – 23:30 | Ball & Entertainment
Let the dance floor ignite with a live DJ set and other performances, as the masquerade theme bursts to life with dazzling lights, music, and an electric atmosphere. Network in style behind the mask—mystery meets opportunity.
23:30 – 01:00 | After Party
Keep the excitement rolling with late-night bites and drinks. Unwind in a festive, relaxed vibe perfect for casual networking and celebrating the night’s highlights.

Pair of seats for a Supplier and a Hosted Buyer. Clique will arrange the hosted buyer recruitment.

Enjoy an exclusive table for your group of 10, this table should consist out of 5 suppliers and 5 hosted buyers. Clique will arrange the hosted buyer recruitment.
